Leather and Diamonds

Happy Friday! Today is my first glimpse into fall fashion, and with cooler weather (hopefully soon!) comes sweaters, leather, and diamonds! Ok ok, diamonds are in season year round ;) For this look I'm wearing my favorite combo: feminine with a little edge! What better way to accomplish that than with a leather skirt and some Kate Spade diamonds!

To cross over into fall fashion, I added this lightweight sweater from JCrew that I actually bought last Spring. Paired with darker colors, like this black skirt, it's proving to be quite a good purchase year round. 

I also love the 'classic meets modern' look of these cute wedge heels from Nicole Shoes. Not only are they adorable, but they are so comfortable to wear, they might as well be flats! I've been wearing them all day, for the past few weeks and I've never had any discomfort. Get ready to see a lot more of these beauties in future style posts!

This weekend is extra special for us, as two of our closest friends are getting married on Saturday!! Then Chris and I are heading up the coast for our two year anniversary. We haven't been on a proper vacation, just the two of us, since our last anniversary, so needless to say we are pretty excited!
