Life and Style: Denim

Today's linkup with Posh Pair is all about the denim. An all-American classic, it's hard not to love this versatile closet staple. This week I chose to showcase a new pair of boyfriend jeans I snagged from Nordstrom Rack. 

It was one of those shopping trips where I wasn't finding anything worth buying, and then out of nowhere, a pair of jeans on a random rack of sweaters caught my eye. Out of place, it was the only pair of jeans in sight, totally my style, and just happened to fit perfectly. Purchase! Love when things like that happen :D.

So, funny story about these Sam Edelman heels. I bought these beauties last year during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. I kept them in their box in an effort to keep them nice and clean, and then completely forgot about them until I cleaned out my closet for our garage sale this summer. SO typical! On the one hand, I was bummed I didn't get to wear them for a whole year. On the other hand, it kind of felt like I just got a free pair of shoes...so I was actually pretty pumped!
